Happy Hour: Wild Thyme Bellini

Wild Thyme Bellini

1 oz berry puree (wild berry or raspberry)
1 oz raspberry liqueur
4 oz Barefoot Bubbly Premium Extra Dry sparking wine
Thyme sprig

First blend fresh berries in a food processor to create the berry puree. Then, combine all three ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, including the sparking wine. Roll contents from one end of shaker to the next three times. Strain into chilled champagne flute. Garnish with thyme sprig. {Source: Cocktail Times}
