Happy Hour: Wild Hibiscus Mojito

Wild Hibiscus Mojito

- 2 oz light rum
- half lime (cut into chunks)
- 2 chopped wild hibiscus flowers in syrup
- 1 tsp sugar
- 6 mint leaves
- club soda
Garnish: mint sprig

Muddle lime and hibiscus flower with sugar in a tall glass. Fill the glass with ice. Add rum and club soda on top. Garnish with mint sprig.

I've never tried anything with hibiscus. What does it taste like, anyone know? It looks beautiful :)
